This project was born out of necessity almost 15 years ago as I could not find any quality recordings of relaxation exercises to give to my clients. I was working in the public mental health system then & the research on the benefits of relaxation techniques were well-established (& mindfulness was well on its way). So I used to record myself on tape (I know, so old!) to be able to give something to my clients to practice at home. I told one of my colleagues and she suggested that we produce our own recording & that's what we did! Crown House Publishing released our CD in 2008. Since then, thousands of people have listened to our collection of 7 relaxation exercises, we have 4.5 star rating
